Advice on my Turbo project
Hello, I have a 1993 Honda Civic Del Sol with the D16z6 engine and a recent stock overhaul. I have a 50 trim turbo on the shelf that I wouldn't mind installing on the car, and had a few questions.
While I have searched here numerous times, I still would like some reassurance as to which injectors I can use that are plug and play, but also sufficient for this turbo with a mild camshaft kit. The wastegate I have has a 7psi spring, I don't think the car will see more than that unless something goes wrong.
Will this vehicle need an aftermarket pressure regulator with that choice of injector?
Lastly, what location in the oil pan would be wise as far as placing the oil return line, and at what angle, in order to prevent any sort of oil starvation. How much extra oil would you all recommend running in the vehicle?
If there are any important aspects of this weekend warrior project that you feel I should know, please let me know. This isn't my first turbo project, but I've never tinkered with a four cylinder motor.
Thanks in advance, I look forward to hearing from you all.

Give that link a click. All of your questions are answered there. Injector sizing calculations are the same, and can be found here. Near the bottom, there's even a tool that you can put your numbers into, and it'll tell you the needed flow. Get the next size up you can find from what that tool tells you, and you should be fine. Alternatively, you could call your tuner and see what they recommend - different injectors act differently, and your tuner might have a specific brand s/he prefers, in which case, listen to them.
