Default CEL Code 3 (MAP Sensor) & Brake Leak

Hi everyone. My 1989 CRX Si is throwing a CEL/ECU Code 3 (MAP Sensor) and it won't start unless I reset the ECU (by removing 10 amp hazard fuse in engine bay). After that, it will only stay on for about a minute or two before idling out and shutting off. Afterwards, it won't stay when I try to start it. (It will crank briefly start but shut-off immediately). Furthermore, I know I have a brake leak somewhere due to the fact that the brake fluid in the brake reservoir has been getting lower and lower. (It's either my master cylinder failing or bad rear wheel cylinders failing. But there are no leak lines coming from the brake booster indicating a leak from the cylinder, unless the cylinder is leaking into the booster, I don't really know). I believe I have a vacuum leak as well. When the car is on and I press the brake pedal, I hear the sound of air coming from somewhere (I believe the master cylinder) but I can't tell for sure.

My big question is, can a brake leak or/and vacuum leak cause a CEL code 3 (MAP Sensor defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor)??? Thanks for the help and advice.
