Hello
new guy from the east coast of canada. found this site as i was looking for information on a civic build i hope to start in the next year. never owned a honda before but always had friends with the honda civic's and accords. i have no technical knowledge about the cars so i am here to learn and research into different paths i may take with a build. i'll basically be trolling the forums soaking in as much as i can.

potential build

k24a2 naturally aspirated (have seen many bad experiences with boost)
6 - speed manual tranny
RWD - always wanted a RWD civic
Sixth gen shell hatchback

thats the basics for now. will add to it once i get more technical information or possibly add depending on if this is actually possible.

forgot to add that this will be just a cruising car. no time slip goals for the drag strip just something for a spirited run every now and then nothing major.

 

well that changed quick. taking a look around seeing all the work that would be required to make a civic RWD. i can say hell with that. i will go rethink my build now.
