Icon6 F20b into Prelude swap(ECU confusions)

Ok, Im not good with ECUs and Tuning buh ive searched alot and I am still confused. Im swapping a F20b into my 1997 stock prelude. I am going to be using the original prelude tranny. Can I use the h22a4 ECU or do I have to use the F20b ECU? and does transmission affect ecu?

The ECU will need to be setup for the same transmission [ie: if you are using an auto transmission, then your need an auto trans ECU]. The stock H22 ECU will be dumping to much fuel for a 2.0 engine. I'd recommend converting to OBD1 (using an OBD2A to OBD1 jumper harness) and using a tunable OBD1 ECU setup (P28 with Hondata S300 or P28 with Neptune/Demon). Check out xenocron.com , www.hamotorsports.com , etc.
