Hello all!
I was driving and I noticed that the DRL icon in my 2002 Canadian accord was flickering. Didn't think too much of it until it got dark outside. Now the DRL icon is on at all times unless I turn on the low beams for night driving.
I have no tails (brake lights good)
No Daytime running lights (low and high beams good)
I have no background lighting for the cluster and a controls anymore
All blinkers and reverse lights are good
All fuses are good (checked in the engine bay and in the car as well)
The relays are good too because I swapped them with the horn and all of it works
All taillight bulbs are good too.
I am at a loss here - I don't know what could be wrong. could it be the lightswitch arm? Some computer?

Since no one here has any suggestions I am gonna mess with the car this weekend. Going to try to find a DRL unit to swap hoping it will fix it.
Check your fuses, underhood, and IIRC there are two fuse panels inside, one on the pass side the other on driver side. DRL module will be located under the knee panel.
There are several steps involved in checking the wiring and module.

I fixed the DRL by resoldering the connection on the circuit board following this video.
