I just recently bought an 94 Integra RS from a tow yard. As I was driving it back home, I noticed that all the lights for the cluster and the lights for the taillights weren't working. The signals weren't working either. Ok, a fuse is out. I changed the fuse and now the lights for the cluster and running lights for the taillights work, but the brake lights and signals don't work. I thought maybe the previous owner just put in a signal filiment bulb, but I changed the bulbs for both the signal lights and brake lights correctly and nothing. The signals for the cluster also don't work. Is it because I don't have the front bumper lights on the car? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

 

Sounds like your blinker relay is missing or bad. I have no idea where to find it on a honda, but in my car its built into the "hazards" switch
