anyone have any experience with them? how is the quality on their body kits?

 

They have a store out here in Phoenix (beside the one in Torrance, Calif. ) and I always shop there. They are pretty good! What kit do you have in mind?

 

a friend of mine bought some cf hoods from them. the fit and customer service was CRAP!

 

The Versus here is Phoenix has always had great service and competitive prices.

Versus in Phoenix is tops in my book. They'll beat anyones price.

 

aint the best, but not bad for the price. but then again... some people on the ht board love vis hoods (made in hong kong btw) which are imo

 

The guys that work for Versus are cool but the customer service is not that good. I have been dealing with them for many years since they were called Kosoku Sports. Recently though their quality of kits and customer service has gone down. They have screwed my shop a few times and sent products to us that had no business being shipped. Then when I call they have some BS excuse. I can't give something like that to my customer so we have to eat it. Not cool. The salespeople at Versus get a . The company and their customer service get a

 

i got a CF hood from them and i liked it alot, so i would say there quality is good, and thats about it..

 

few years back when i was a ricer... they were a big time shop. always had kits,hoods, accessories in stock. very big inventory. its like when you want it, you get it right there and then. one thing that made them popular was the fact they had poly uretrhane kits which is unbreakble. i give them a

 

10 years later and their CS is still crap.....
yep, I commissioned a one-off with them that no one else would touch using their <bring your hood for a tempate to make the mold> program...I was glad to find someone willing and that was a real plus...
but once the part arrived broken I discovered they did not insure the shipment and have never used shipping insurance - they said since 1994 !! They use a 'trust me ' program 'we'll take care of it'
They shipped a hood to another forum member and both of ours were mis-shaped. They blamed the cause on us !! it took 4 months to settle and get a replacement. Yeah, they 'took care of it' but what a PITA....

I'm glad they were willing to make one and even set up a group buy. I rec ommend that you pick up your product at their factory to avoid the hassles with delivery insurance and fit - it's the only way to defeat the arguments they will throw back at you.
