Any special tricks to remove/reinstall a transmission?
93 Accord, 5-speed.
I was able to get the old transmission out but with a lot of rotating and wiggling. I think it will be extremely difficult to get the new one in without banging up the new clutch and to get it aligned. Is there any trick to this?
I already loosened up the front and rear engine mounts to let the motor hang down a bit. Crossover pipe has been removed.

I'm using a floor jack underneath.
Thanks all.

No tricks, but you're right, it's very tight with very little wiggle room side to side. Try to keep the trans horizontal as you raise it. The input shaft doesn't stick out very far, so once it clears the bellhousing, it's straight up the rest of the way from there.
Make sure the dowel pins are fully seated and the trans and block faces flush before you fully tighten down the BH-to-block bolts. Once you get the top two (11:00 and 1:00 positions) bolts installed and hand tightened (watch out for that temp sensor!), you should be home free.

If you can beg/borrow/steal proper transmission jack, you would be better off.
I picked up this unit from Harbor Freight.

On install of the AT it was far easier than fighting with a floor jack.

I'll try keeping the tranny more horizontal as I push it up.
I have an adapter for my jack that provides a flat wooden platform for the tranny, but that transmission jack does look a whole lot better.

So I *think* I have the transmission installed correctly. I had to get new dowel pins (only one was there, and it was mangled badly), Honda has them for about $2 each. I got the transmission up close and kept it horizontal and used the mounting bolts to pull it tight over the dowel pins.
Finishing up putting the axles back into the suspension and then I can run the engine and verify shifting. Fingers crossed!
As a bonus, the "new" transmission is a H2U5, which is what the EX is supposed to have. The one I took out was a H2A5 that the PO threw in there.

I know it's kind of late, but when I did mine I was leaning over the edge of the car (just like how the picture was taken). I got my fingers on the lip of the casing and pulled it straight up, while a buddy slid under the transmission, on his back. He basically did a reverse push-up to the transmission and I guided it into place, and started the two bolts. Good friend.
