Default CX Racing Turbo Kit

Hey guys I wanted to ask maybe a question that has been asked a lot but not honestly and fully answered. Considering that we all know that a well recognized turbo brand (garret, gredy, etc.) will always be the solution for the project, I want to know, I've read the previous comments " if you don't have the money dont do it", "this is an expensive sport, if you cant afford it don't do it".. But the truth is we are forgetting what is important, obviously we know that if we want results in the motor sport we have to invest, but the thing is we all love the same sport so, if you dont have the founds you cant be part of it?.. Thats not what this is aboout, its about thousends of people sharing the same passion (budget dont matter). So with that said and trying to get an answer, I have an Integra B20 and I also have a B16 vtec cylinder head, so my question is.. I've been looking for a cx racing turbo kit for almost 1,000 dollars, I wan to boost around 7-8 punds to increase some power and surprise a few in the street.. Has anybody know about this CX Turbos? Any good? Is it worth it?.. Thank you mates

You can build your own kit cheap and have better quality than that Chinese knock off junk. Would you rather save a little up front only to blow up the turbo or possibly your engine when other components fail? Or would you rather save a little longer and buy parts that are quality? I answered that question, I chose to wait. Took me a couple years but it was well worth it

I agree above. Piece your own to control the quality of parts that you get. Patience is key. Piping kit is fine but you will still most likely end up modifying for fitment. I'm not knocking any companies out there, I'm just saying that there are parts of a turbo kit that you cannot take a shortcut on.... manifold, turbo, WG, fuel management, injectors.... but you can get these parts used and in great condition. My 2 cents...

If you can't save up the money to do it right, the first time, then your issue isn't being "poor", it's being stupid with your money. Your question has been answered. Numerous times. It's even answered in the FAQ sticky. If you actually think it hasn't been answered, then you're only deluding yourself in an effort to think it would in any way be a good idea.

I think people that start these threads are seriously looking for some "good" answers to validate their purchase.

I say go for it man. You'll find out the hard way, like most of us did, when you spend more money the 2nd time around fixing what this awesome turbo kit did to your engine. Or, you can do it right the first time and save yourself some headache.
