How to Switch Pins in This Connector
Hi:
This is the blower motor power connector for a 1990 Accord. The motor leads were installed backwards and I need to reverse them to get the fan cages to spin the other way. Rather than cut and splice the wires, is there an easy way to remove the terminal blades at the connector? I suppose this post doesn't have to be specific for the 1990 Accord; but as it's related to the blower and many people have reported the need to reverse the leads, I thought I'd post it here. Pics are below. Thanks!

there is a locking tab on the terminals. in your 2nd picture, you can use a pick and pry the plastic tab while you pull the terminal out from the other end.
Yup! Found them. After a little sleep, they became very visible. In the first picture, there's a white plastic piece near the wires. That's a spacer to keep the wires stable. Remove that and then go in from the terminals side (2nd picture) and unlock with pick or tiny screwdriver. Terminals come right out.
Thanks.
Thanks.
