Dash Cluster swap on DX

wondering if its possible to get a functioning tachometer on a 94 Honda civic with a oem cluster swap with built in tachometer? and if so how?

so you swapped the stock non-tach cluster with a tach cluster, then want to install an aftermarket tach into the cluster. correct?

I know different models like ex have tachometers pre installed on the factory cluster. Im wondering if I can just install a cluster from a different model 94 civic(one with tach)

Yes 92-95 will work or you can do an integra one with some work

Just one more time before I go pick one from the yard. This is simply plug and play. No rewiring required ?

Jaxis I'm assuming the eg and ek are about the same so heres a how to guide on installing a 96 ex cluster (with working tach) in a 96 dx. Id say they are pretty close in the same.
