I want to replace my under hood fuse box (dealership says high voltages are causing CEL codes, long story) but am having a hard time finding the right fuse box that matches all my vehicle's characteristics:

2003 accord ex, 2.4L, 2dr, mt

Does anyone know if I can use a fuse box from '04-'07? Or if 4dr vs. 2dr makes it incompatible? I've been told that a fuse box from an auto transmission isn't compatible.

You can go to one of the many online Honda Dealer sites and look up the part number. A quick look and I see the auto and manual are the same - even a 4 dr auto is the same?

You can also use car-part "dot" com and search local bone yards to see if they have a use one.
