Righ rear tire locked

Righ rear tire locked

I tried to move my car after about a month of sitting in the driveway and my right rear tire is locked.

I tried forward/reverse a few times but nothing. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

take off the rim and lightly hit the center of the hub and the caliper with a mallet
