Default 2006 Odyssey Sliding Door Problem

The drivers side sliding door is not functioning properly.

I can open it using the automatic features but it closes right away.

If I turn off the sliding door switch on the dash I cannot open this door manually. The passenger's side sliding door WILL open manually.

I would like to do the reset but the procedure I found on-line says to turn OFF the switch on the dash, remove fuse 7, start the engine......

I'm confused because fuse 7 (driver's side fuse panel) is labeled as "Back Up". It is a 7.5 A fuse. Is this the correct fuse?

Also I am unable to manually cycle the door because the door will not open with the switch off.

Any suggestion will be greatly apprerciated.

The re-homing procedure should be in the owner's manual.
