Can someone please pin down the make and model of this accord? So far we are guessing 90-93 Accord, possibly an EX due to the moonroof.

This is a screenshot from a business camera. The vehicle in question was involved in a theft, and I am trying to help a friend by finding the exact right model for the police.

90-93 Honda Accord EX (dual exhaust + sunroof)

I know someone can point out the close year (90-91 or 92-93) due to the taillights as I believe Honda changed the location/size of the amber in them.

 

based on the interior i would say 92-93 where the 90-91 had very strange interior colors (blue, red, etc)

 

The taillights show its a 90-91 if I were to narrow it down I'd say its a 1990 HONDA ACCORD EX WITH A F22A4 engine.

 

pictures are fuzzy, based on the tail light and the front bumper lights, i say it looks to be a 90/91 ex with tan maybe leather interior. i think 2nd to last picture, it looks like the seat belt retractor is on the back of the man. 90/91 has automatic powered seat belts that connected to the door.
were you able to get the license plate number from the video?
