I have been searching for days on how to turn off my srs. Someone cut the off the srs reel and only left this connector (images are not mine and I do not take credit. Images credited to ejc at civic eg)




Everywhere it says to use a 2 ohm resistor for the srs to trick the system.

The photos attached show the voltage and function of each wire on the plug. So if I wire a resistor between 1 and 3 srs light should turn off correct?
I know people always say take the bulb out or just tape over it but I was bored and found the information somewhat useful if correct.
If this has been posted before I have not been able to easily find it.

Also my 1992 hatch does not have the dummy plug located on the right hand side of the fuse box to reset the srs light like my 95 hatch.
