Default f22a6 valve train

So im looking into building a f22a6 for boost, and am stuck as to where i could get a turbo cam and some good valve springs. I've seen the supertech single's but isnt there any that are better? And i cant find ANY turbo cam's. I know bisi used to make them but i cant seem to find them on their site any more.

any help of pointing me the right direction is much appreciated

Try Web for the camshaft(or Colt), as Web did all the regrind profiles for Bisimoto, they may still have the profile on file. DDTech was talking about making/makes cams as well.

does anyone know of any better springs than the single coil supertech ones? Or since im really not going to rev any farther than stock since i will be putting a smaller turbo so i have instant power, do i really need better than single coil?

Honda Accord F 22 A 6 (1992) NON VTEC SOHC 16v
.380/.370 216°/230° 190°/208° 15/273 35-200 N/A N/A
Very broad power range with good idle for stock fuel injected engines.
.380/.370 228°/230° 205°/208° 13/273 35-240 N/A N/A
Improves mid and upper end performance. Fair Idle.

it seems web does these cams, id probably want to go with the first one since it is still my DD and would need it to idle good

I'd rather take the second one. The exhaust duration and lift is the same for both. The only difference is intake duration- lift is also the same for both cams. Being that you want to go turbo, it'd be important to pay attention to LSA(I assume this is the same as stock being a regrind). The A6 camshaft has a wider spread on the LSA than the A1.

Here's the specs for a stock camshaft.

It will be important to find out how Web measures their camshafts for a more accurate comparison. If you contact Web you'll also find they'll make you a grind to your specs.

It should be noted then that from most of the dyno's I've seen(aside from the Delta 272's), there's little to no torque lost from a reground cam. Poke around here and on CB7tuner for some graphs. A turbo of that size will spool QUICK on an F22, no doubt there. With the stock camshaft, I'd be concerned about a considerable drop off of power past about 5500RPM.

yea thats the point, if i wanted to wait for power id keep my h22 =D, but i want something thats going to spool fast and give lots of tq. but i think the turbo will be much out of efficiency at 7k
