Default 94 Accord LX electrical problem

Recently picked up an Accord and I'm having the following issue with it. The ac control module will stay on all the time even with the car off and the key off the ignition and the fan switch to off. Everything turns off but the ac controls. I can turn the blower on to all 4 levels and change all the vent variations all with the car off. So it basically drains my battery, which is most likely from the fact that the lights from the recirculation and fresh air buttons stay on.

Now I have tried just one thing, disconnecting the radiation fan control module behind the glove box (which i think allows power to the cooling fan to kick on after you turn off the car) and it didn't fix the problem.

Another thing to note is that the car does have indication of other electrical issues but this is the main one. I say other issues because it had many many fuses of the wrong size (i still haven't replaced all of them), and the harness to the button to brighten or darken the dash lights is cut (easy fix though). Car has no stereo and also had the small fuses in some spots and had/has fuses where there shouldn't be any according some pictures I've seen online. So if anyone has any suggestions I would gladly appreciate it.

Possibly a shorted blower motor relay. The blower motor relay is located in the under-dash fuse relay box.

Thank you tech8! The fuse relay box right next to the foot rest? Or did you mean the blower motor resistor by the actual blower?

The under-dash fuse/relay box is near the left kick panel (near the footrest).

I replaced the relay with another and had the same issue. After driving the car just a little and switching it with another I noticed it was really hot. Not sure is that's a sign of something going wrong there.

Also, I fixed cut harness to the dash light and now the dash lights work. However, they work all the time the car is on, not just when the headlights are switched on. It's really not a problem, I actually like it that way, but I was just bringing it up to see if that mattered. One last thing that I noticed, is that my horn doesn't work but when I press the button there's a clicking sound that makes the clock light flicker.

Ok, so I've been looking more and more under the dash and noticed some alarming things. I just want to first state all the issues with it right now and will later post pictures of what is going on under my dash.

1. The headlight ding/ring is always going off when the door is ever open even if the headlights off, turns off as soon as you close the door.
2. A/C Controls are always functional even with the car off
3. Horn doesn't work
4. The smaller of two blue plugs under the glove box was unplugged. I already plugged it back on and haven't noticed anything different.
5. The glove box light connector was disconnected and for good reason. Once you connect it the light stays on all the time. Left it unplugged.
6. The dash lights stay on from the time you turn the ignition. They are on even with the headlights turned off.
7. A few cables cut.

These are the random cables that are cut off.

There probably was an aftermarket security/alarm system installed and then pulled out. Wasn't a very clean install or removal.

From the items you've described, sounds like a hack job on various wiring.

Btw: The two blue connectors under the passenger glove box area are the Data Link Connector (3-P) and the Service Check Connector (2-P).

Thank you for your help there tech8. Well hopefully that's why the power locks work except for on the driver door. It locks but unlocks right after.

Anything about that ground?

I went today to the junkyard to see how it suppose to look down there but they closed by time I got there. I will try again tomorrow.
