Default Crower Stage 3 cam??

does anyone have exsperience with this cam?? thsi is for the sohc vtec motor, i was on www.nipponpower.com and the cam is $340 shipped, but it says that you need alot of head work to use this cam..
now does that just mean springs, retainers, valves, and some port work??
i have a fully built head filled with ferrea goodies, and was wondering what the gains on this cam would be.. it says that it will make power up to 8500k+

if any one has exsperience with this cam, let me know
Brian

crower makes a cam for turbo/super charged applications go to http://www.crower.com/cat/import/honda/camshafts.shtml
and check out the 63441T not as aggressive as the stage 3 but still an alternative just depends on what you want..I'm running it in my all motor Y8 and it really runs good, I think im going to get the other stage 2 or 3 soon I need more power....
but with you running 16+ PSI will that cam be too much? I dont know too much about turbo but for some reason I thought too much of a cam can hinder performance...

I hope you do not blow a motor.
If you do, however, would be building another SOHC or swap?
Please say SOHC.
What are your quarter times with your current setup?
