Get a ******* manual.

The rack end bushing is on the passenger side. A google search would have shown you that.

The pinion under the steering column needs to be adjusted before you're done. Its also described in the manual and previous thread.

I got around to taking off the whole rack assembly and I still can't find the bushing! I checked the passenger side of the rack and nothing. The pics in the service manual show the pic of the rack housing, but I'm not sure If the rack has to be removed from the housing because the manual doesn't say to remove the rack then put a new rack end bushing. And this is my first time removing and dealing with steering components, so I'm just trying to learn.

Wait, do you have a power steering rack?

Maybe that isn't the rack end bushings buried in grease in your pic. There is no rack end bushing in a powered steering rack.

Yeah you do have a powered rack. Sedan?

Oh so power steering racks don't have a rack end bushing?....
Well I ordered a new steering rack its a manual one, but now I think it might have not been necessary. The rack looks good, the dust seal is good, Idk about the bearing on the inside or the rack guide...

Reason Im doing this was because my tie rods ( outter) were really bad, one inner had a lot of play, the other was good. Both boots ripped not sure how. Inside of tires were wearing out really fast, shaking at high speed braking and swaying when driving or merging onto freeway.
