b18c jdm type r OBD2A Connector Help

I need help for these 3 connectors
where to connect these 2 connectors
are these driver side shock tower or passenger side connectors if are why they are closed?







and this in connector C in ecu plug C17 ALTF where to connect this connector

The first 2 connectors are junction plugs. The caps stay in place and dont plug into anything.

The third plug you're calling ALTF is the VSS plug.

Correct the first 2 are junctions and do not need to be plugged in. If the connector labeled AltF is truly Altf than that gets plugged into the alternator.

i recheck and these 2 first connectors are dead end plug connector for wiring resistor box
and for the third plug is VSS
