S200 is cheaper and should work fine; however, they arent easy to find. Also, boost option came separate with the s200, and a tuner will need that for a proper tune. If you were to get an s200, then you would have to call Hondata (or connect it to a PC and run the software for it) and verify that it has boost option. These units are discontinued so you would NOT be able to buy boost option if the unit does not come with it. The s300 is pricy, but it comes with more features than the s200 and will also work perfect for your setup. Go with the s300 unless you know for sure you can get a good s200.
