Default 92 accord, no fuel at rail

Car died while braking to a stop, right about 1500 rpm, 20 minutes later she fired right up, drove 8 blocks to the next light and while braking it died again. 10 minutes later it started again. Drove 10 kilometers( 4.5 miles ) and died again at the next red light. Restarted after 10? Minutes and while coasting downhill it stalled again and will not start at all, had issues prior with cooling fans so have replaced the main relay already , previously to this new development the fuel pressure was low so installed a new filter ( nope) and pump ( pressure good )
bought the car with dead fans, turned out someone had shoved a probe? Into the backside of the temp sensor connection, and shorted the tab together so the fan ran constantly. That was a month long hair pulling fix to find that.
I plugged a new ignition switch into the fuse box and that did not help. I have jumped/ tested etc the main relay. But now with the ign switch on both fans run right away even though the motor is cold and not running. Agian it is a new master and has power in all the right places but now I see that fuse # 7 has no power at either tab. Pump does not prime/ run at all... Any ideas?

The main relay has nothing to do with the cooling fans or the cooling system at all. Can you take some pictures of the things you have replaced and the issues you have found and how you fixed the things you fixed.

Main relay activates both of the cooling fans on A/C by providing ground......with the temp sensor plug shorted it grounds through the main relay, fan timer and activated both fans, when the ac is engaged the ecu grounds the fan relays through the main relay.....it seems that a previous owner was having issues, which he made even worse by shorting the temp sensor with I assume a test probe causing it to short. All the book procedures failed to find this..... I had to go through the whole harness to find it, unwrapping each harness and dismantling all the connections and ohm metering each wire until I found it. Car ran great for about 6 months until this happened
Have replaced/ subbed out main relay, ecu, fuel pump, ign switch and both cooling fans.
Checked all visible connections short of pulling in cab fuse box,
Old ign switch would cut out in the run position sometimes. Cleaned/ lubed and reassembled with no more issues. ( lube was dry and dusty, bad connection). Tried a NIB switch, still no fuel pump. Done all the troubleshooting and came upon the no power at fuse #9,in cab, both tabs........ iPad died and I lost the page I was on and can't find it again......

So.... With no power at both tabs on fuse 9.... Faulty ECU? And how to test that?

Update, have discovered that there is an aftermarket alarm in the system.... No remote or brand name on it so I am going to remove it, ignition kill might be causing the issue..... But better off without it any how. Less crap under the dash to contend with the better

The main relay does no such thing. This is what it really does.

It sounds more likely your fan timer is bad.

It doesn't. It relates only to your cooling fans.
