Default Rich cold start on b18c1 w/ type r pistons

Hey guys I've got a rich cold start reading 13.0-13.3. I've tried adjusting the fuel compensation on open loop but it won't budge, I even tried the iat and nothing. So I tried adjusting cold start and it made it worse to 11.0. I adjust +\- on cold start but won't move only made it richer. Is ther anything I'm missing?

That's not very rich for cold start... Leave it alone.

Ok cool. I'll reload my saved map cause it's at 11.0 now.

I have another question? Once my car is started from cold start and running for like 20-30min. It ll take too long for it reduce fuel to where I set idle at 14.0-14.7. It's like I have to drive it awhile for it to read 14.0-14.7

What I'm trying to say is how do I reduce the fuel quick enough when my car is warmed at idle?

Oh another thing is, my rev limiter and cel shift light use to work on my hondata s300v3, so I had to redo my fuel map, I erased the ecu and tried to set the rev limiter and cel shift low to see if it work and nothing. I checked the sensors folder and I can see that both is turned off.

So how do I turn it on?
