Default 99 honda civic oil on spark plug thread and electrodes

Hello Honda-Tech,

Car was misfiring when starting. Engine light came on. I looked at the plugs the ends (electrodes) had oil on them cylinders 2-4. Installed new plugs started right up, engine light came off. By the time I got home, when I turned it back on it started to boggle and misfire until finally idling out and running and ran smooth. As soon as I get past that weird boggle starting point, the car runs well.

I did a compression test cylinders 1-4 170 - 165 - 165 - 180 . However, the compression test for cylinders 2-3 were kind of slow to build up that pressure. It took about 15-12 seconds of cranking to get it up that high.

took it to a shop to do a diagnostic and after doing a leak down test they said it is either a cracked head or head gasket repair. They narrowed it down to cylinder 3 and said that air or coolant is leaking out?

I'm so confused, what does that have to do with oil being on my spark plugs!! Shouldn't that be caused by valve stem seals or worn piston rings? btw there is no blue smoke coming out of the exhaust.

Any help would be great!
