So I'm sadly selling my 89 hatch with d15b VTEC and obd1 conversion, we had it firing up roughly the other day then I cleaned all grounds drained the tank put new gas in and tried again, now the fuel pump isn't kicking on and the spark seems weak, I double checked the ground on the thermostat/water pump thingy, cleaned it and reattached it no change. If there isnt enough gas in the tank will it not kick on? Are there more grounds I could check? The pump has power at the plug also. Again there is spark but it does seem kinda weak the dizzy is pretty new so I don't think that's it either, any ideas?

 

O and the CE light turns off like it should and all fuses good.

 

Is it an ebay dizzy? Those are crap. Try a difderent main relay.
