BWR oil catch can
hello, I have a civic EG6 swap b18c6 (european engine of type integra type R) with compression 13: 1, I have the problem in high rpm, i have too mutch pressure in the block and throw me out oil from cranckcase,
I bought the kit bwr oil catch can,
someone in the forum has already mounted? you have a guide for installation?

I think that to properly install this, you will have to get male AN fittings welded to your valve cover.
Look for pictures on google.
I think that one of those tanks might be for coolant expansion. But I could be wrong.
I made my own catch can setup on my S2000. It has one line in from the valve cover breather. One line in from PCV. One vent. It looks so good/works so well...its no wonder I'm #1.

Yes, it's supposed to be installed in place of the battery. Also, you don't need to vent from the valve cover. Get something like this, install it that way, and call it a day.
had no idea you could do It that way. does that leave the rest of the pcv system to do its job? will this work for a turbo application?

Okay, the kit picture is meant to eliminate the factory PCV system completely. You remove the facotry breather box, & two hoses & pcv valve from the back of the block. you cap one nipple on the head that had a hose that ran to the breather box. You cap the other nipple on the intake manifold that originally ran to the PCV valve. The plug is meant to fill the hole in the block where the breather box used to plug in.
Now relocate the battery to the turn (or wherever you want) and mount the new breather box in its place.
Next remove the two freeze-plugs on the back of the block and thread in the two AN male adapters.
Next have the remaining two AN male fittings welded into your valvecover.
Arrange your AN female Hose fittings how you want and cut your hoses to their intended length. Assemble the AN female fittings onto your hoses (look up how to do this).
Run two hoses from the upper valvecover fittings down to the two upper fittings on the breather box.
Run two hoses from the lower block fittings up to the bottom two fittings on your breather box
Now relocate the battery to the turn (or wherever you want) and mount the new breather box in its place.
