Okay, first I will have to admit that I have done absolutely nothing to diagnose this problem.

I have a 2001 HX that is throwing the three codes listed. Seeing as though it has direct ignition, I don't really want to buy two ignition coils if that isn't the issue. I just got this car and haven't even looked at the issue yet but I'm just looking to see if anybody has some other easy ideas of things to check other than spark plugs and fuel injectors.

My initial thought it that it is something simple, like old plugs but with the P0300 in there with a random misfire, I figured that it had to be something beyond a simple thing like that. Also, if timing were to be off, there would be more codes than this, correct?

I don't know much (if anything) about the D17 family so I'm just trying to see if there are common issues to look for or anything like that.
