1998 Honda Civic LX - Defect warm start

1998 Honda Civic LX - Defect warm start
Hello everyone,
My 1998 Honda Civic LX has a defect warm start, for example:
Drive for 20km, turn off it for 10 minutes and try to start again and he does not care. I have to wait another 15 minutes or until insisting he get work.
Already change the following parts:
Fuel pump
Ignition Coil
Sparkplugs
Igniter (inside the distributor)
Injection temperature sensor (ECT)
Re-soldering the relay main
It has not solved the problem. Already happened to someone? Could you help me?
