Just wondering what parts between the 08-11 civic sedan is interchangable. Bumpers, taillights, etc. I was thinking about getting the 2008 mugen wing off majestic honda and was wondering if it'll be the same fitment on my 2011 sedan.

Except for coupe bumper and sedan bumper they won't fit on the other!

and at some dealers you can't just order the mugen wing. you need a mugen vin number to order those parts.

 

I haven't seen this happen at dealers but I know that King was doing something along the lines of this... Pretty sad if you ask me!

Fogs from 08 won't fit the 09-11 bumpers. That's pretty much it...

 

dealers are supposed to be asking for vins. I ordered the little foam piece that goes in the spare tire tray that holds extra lugs (comes with the Mugen Si) and the parts guy said he might need a vin to order it because it was included with the Mugen. Honda let him put the order through though.

Maybe with the more desirable parts its a little different.
