Was driving in the rain today, and when I hit a puddle all the cluster lights flashed on, the batt light, all the door indicator lights, abs, pretty much all the ones that come on when you first start the car and then they all went off. Hit another little puddle and came back on for a few second, did this on and off all the way to work. Also when the lights would come on the a/c wouldnt blow cold, then when they went off it would blow cold again, never had this happen, any ideas would help

 

Loose connection somewhere. If there has been wiring work done from an accident or radio install then there may be some bad wiring.

 

All stock wiring and all grounds are good and fresh, like I said its only when I hit puddles, when its not rain in out side theres no issue

Ok, back to the issue. The water spray is shorting something...my guess under the hood...you are going to have to recheck everything and be sure all connections are clean and tight.

Also be sure the belt is not slipping with the "added" water spray.
