K so I got a ej6 shell I put a lsv swap in the car using a 97 ex coupe engine harness. When I put the power wire on to the battery my rear brake light turn on. But when I turn the key ovr no power to the starter but now the cooling fan turns on along with the brake lights still on. So I tried to jump the starter with the power wire off the battery n still starter does nothing but cooling fan turns on. Why is the cooling fan turning on when I put power to only starter n when I try n crank over motor with key? Also I do not hear the fuel pump n the main relay is good plz help car has a tucked chassis harness but looks to b in good shape would the green plug on the engine harness by the ecu plugs cause any of this?

 

I suggest you download the helms manual and trace wires. You just bought yourself a headache.
