Keeper not seat flush with Retainer
Hi guys, recently my engine, ls vtec Turbo. Broke one admission valve spring and bent the valve. So bought a new valve, keepers and Dual spring.
When install it, the keepers stay a little high from the retainer not flush like the others. I try to different new valves just in case and the same.
Need a opinion if this work or I need to take other route.

OK, so looking at the invoice and packages my friend bring me from the Honda dealer ( he's work ). I found All have Honda stickers and the red bags,
less the valve.
She have a label with the14711-Pr3-000 but not Honda signature. Maybe it's a japan replacement. Have to check this.
This can cause this kind of bad fitment?

Youll have to check the degree of the keeper/retainer. Ive heard rumors that Honda has been mixing up B series keepers with K series keepers and vise versa. Just another thing to look into.
thanks for the tip shawty22.
Indeed the retainer has a nick in the bottom, from the broken spring. Not letting the keeper to seat properly.
problem solved.
