Default swapping a 95 ls b18b1 into 1990 integra

Like stated im swapping a 95 ls b18b1 into an 1990 what has a jdm b16a with a spun bearing. I have a couple of questions. I pulled the old b16a out with wiring harness still connected to the motor, and the b18b1 still has the wiring harness connected to it. my question is, is it easlier to switch the harness that was connected to the old motor or will it be easier to repin the engine harness to the 1990 integra harness. Also I have already connect up the tranny mount and dropped the motor in but I noticed the mount on the driver side is different and wont match up. Can I switch the driver side mount and the bracket from the b16 to the b18 and reuse the mount that I already had in the car? Any ideas or direction or links to where or how I should handle these use would be greatly appreciated.

o and I have the ecu that came with the b18b1 but I also have a pr4 ecu sitting around. can I use the pr4 ecu instead of getting a ecu harness conversion?
