Default 50mm wastegate thats compatable with tial 44mm flange?

hey guys

is there a 50mm wastegate thats compatable with a tial mvr 44mm flange?

(im running a tial 44mm mvr on a twinscroll routed to a single gate and experiencing big creep at 6k rpm+. hoping a 50mm gate will cure this)

thanks dan

nothing will fit. and it doesn't matter how big the gate is since the inner diameter of your current flange is around 44mm. you can only flow as much air as the smallest point will allow.

and what turbo, motor, and pressure level? it's a pretty established fact that divided manifolds on Honda's don't manage pressure well with a single gate, Especially if the wastegate has poor priority. how is yours ran off the manifold? pictures?

You either need to reflange for a larger gate (like a tial 60mm) or double up the gates and stay 44mm... I don't even know of anyone legitimate making a 50mm, only ones you see in that size are the eBay ching chong gates that don't work worth ****.

A 44 will experience creep unless it's setup with a lot of priority to the gates. General manifolds aren't and you'll need a second gate or step up to a 60 and larger ID piping to the wg
