My 91 Honda station wagon at times hesitates and then will stall unless you take foot off gas pedal and back on again sometimes a few times then will go. CEL comes on at times. Code is 43 fuel system. Mechanic guy who is using it says he checked fuel filter, fuel pump and injectors. Any ideas,? O2 sensor? could 02 sensor cause this?

 

thats a really generic code and when it pops up can be a pain to fix..the number one cause is a bad oxygen sensor tho...make sure to buy Denso if you choose to replace it

 

I had the same code and i changed the O2 sensor. Code cleared afterwards
