Regular nx proton kit (non plus question
Ive asked this on a few other forums to no avail.
In regards to a 2006+ civic si
Has anyone used the non plus kit? My question is a Stupid one. Pro civic sells a regular proton kit (non plus) with a push button.
I know all about what could happen with a push button i.e. Engagement at wrong rpm.
I was wondering if anyone installed the button through the plastic surrounding the shift boot.
This would force the user to have to let off the button when shifting.
Any input would be nice.
Also my question is not about safety.
Surely somebody is running a nitrous button on a 2006+ civic si.

Yea, but most people use a w.o.t. Switch.
The older setups put the push button on the shift ****. Making it easy to hit nitrous at the wrong rpm.
Im wondering if anyone has used a push button nx proton kit, (on a 8th gen civic), and Where they installed their button?
