Figured I would share this with everyone since I was shocked by it.
took a trip from NJ to VA approx 384 mile trip...I literally arrived with a bit less than half tank. 1/4 tank mileage was clsoe to 150 miles....meaning if i kept up the same speed and throttle we're talking close to 600 miles for a tank.
Car has 138K miles, had recently changed spark plugs...
anyway, my wife's 09 pilot has a similar 6 cyl engine and no where nearly that close...my 06 Tundra V8 not even close...bot the latter cars i have to fill up before my destination on the same trip.

Lol true, especially on a car that gives you that data right on the dash.
But seriously, that shouldn't be surprising when comparing to a Pilot or a Tundra. Driving one of those things on the highway is comparable to trying to shove a wall upwind through a hurricane. If you drive smooth and reasonably, you can usually beat the EPA ratings on most modern cars.
