Default ECT Sensor on B16 Head Question

Can someone tell me where the ECT sensor is in the picture? I have a B16 Head on a B18A1 Block. When I drive my car just to the gas station and turn it off, sometimes I have to wait up to 30 minutes for the car to start again. I was first told it was the distributor but installed brand new one and still. Fuel pump working fine and spark plugs are 3 days old. The ECT Sensor was another suggestion i was given, just not sure which it is.

That one right in the center is the ect sensor. Are you getting a check engine light for it?

When it doesn't crank does your check engine light illuminate for 2 seconds and go out when going to the position before crank (indicating the fuel pump priming)?
