Buy some simple green.
Liberally spray all the oily/greasy areas with simple green.
Allow the simple green to soak in, then hose it off.
Start engine, look for leaks, if none found, go for a drive that has a few turns. Open the hood and see if there are any new leaks.

All three of your rubber ps hoses need to be replaced and you need to rebuild your ps pump. The pulley bolt is reverse threaded but other than that its really easy to take it apart and redo all the orings and seals.
chances are its the pump seals inside the unit. there are rebuild kits available and a tutorial on youtube.com explains the whole process in detail. its also worth noting that the system holds a total of 1.1 litres, so its probally worth it to just put in new fluid with the seals
Clean it up, replace the $3-$4 O-ring, and fluid with Honda power steering fluid and see where it stands after that.
