Hi, my pilot won't start. Battery tests fine, dash instruments and AC blower all work when the key is turned. I don't get the classic clicking noise from the starter either. I do hear clicking from the fuse box in the engine compartment when the key is turned. Any suggestions before I go and replace the starter?

I suggest you check the starter cut relay before you swap out the starter. A lot quicker and cheaper if that's all it is.
