Thank you for making it painfully obvious that you haven't searched. At all.

Default D16y7 to b16a2 need advice.wiring

Just put a b16a2 into a 96 civic coupe that had a d16y7.
This is what has ben done to the car with the wiring so far,
Obd2a to obd1 ecu adapter.
3 to 2 plug conversion for iacv.
Extended wire for tps.
Vtec solenoid/switch.
And knock sensor.
Now how the car runs.
Starts every time no problem.
But goes to 1600 rpms and lopes up and down,
It will not rev or climb in rpms at all.push the gas it dies,
the engine has blocked off coolent lines in the back,so the iacv and fast idle are not in the coolant circuit.is that the reason for it to not going above idle?Or did I miss some wiring?should I put a me thermostat tube on it with coolant passages to get coolant to the iacv and fast idle ?

I don't believe that an OBD1 ECU will be looking for a 2nd O2 sensor. What ECU are you using and what is the check engine light on for?

CEL is likely on for a MAP/TPS. Probably because the connectors are crossed.

Impossible to know till OP posts the codes.

defintly pull codes the jumper u used should have loose wire coming out of it to jump to ground and will flash codes on you cluster. or im not exactly sure if your model has the paper clip jumper plug above the ecu google it should be a easy enuff to find.

and run all coolant lines as the should be and double check all your plugs good luck
