Default B20B in 2000 dc2 GSR confusion?

Hey guys I'm in bit of a bind here. I recently picked up a 2000 mint GSR with everything GSR except the motor. Previous owner put a b20b motor in it. It's running on a chipped obd1 p28 with a jumper harness. I'm looking to put a obd2 vtec ecu (gonna hafta get ecu, key, and ignition) stupid imobilizer on it. Only doing the obd2 to pass inspection once I put a GSR head on it. My question is it possible to run the b20/vtec on obd2? I know the CFK sensor isn't on the b20 but I seen a fix for that. There's some plugs on the obd2 GSR that don't match up on the b20 besides from vtec and I can't figure out where they go. How can I find out? Thanks to all!!

Anyone know if I can just use a pre 2000 p75 ecu?
