Default Honda accord 2002 GG UK 1600CC

Hello to all forum members. I got in Greece the Honda Accord CG 1600cc model 2002. To car currently has 270,000 miles with ease only a lambda sensor has burned. However, the car needs repairs on a few things. These are:
a) Set clutch
b) Tie Rod Ends
c) Steering Wheel Cover
Because here in Greece is expensive spare parts for this model you can suggest a shop from abroad that it is safe to trade.
Finally I would like to suggest me what needs to wash the engine and what to watch.

Welcome to the forum. Rarely hear about the F16, could you take some pictures of the engine?

RockAuto in the US has good prices(http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,3089372), I know a few French members have used them and it was cheaper for them even with the cost of shipping, than locally.
You may also try to seek help with the Rover 600 forums, such as http://forums.mg-rover.org/forumdisplay.php?f=121.
Rover 600 was a rebodied 93-98 European Accord. So they be able to help in locating parts.

Which part? If you can take a picture and post it that would be helpful.
If you have not gone to wikipedia > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_AccordScroll down to 'Sixth generation series CG7/8/9 CH5/6/7/8 Europe', not much technical information but you can see the various Accords from around the world.

Use a mild degreaser to remove oily buildup. Here in the US we have Simple Green,(http://simplegreen.com/images/produc...0000113033.jpg) not sure what you may have in Greece. Spray it onto the engine, allow it to sit for a few minutes then gently hose off the cleaner.

Do not use an 'engine cleaner' or 'purple' cleaners as they can be very harsh and destroy plastic and rubber components.
Do not cover any components or place bags on components, also do not steam clean. Doing this will damage the electronic components.
Do not flood the distributor, alternator, or spark plug tubes.

Thank you for your reply. Here in Greece, I have not heard good things about the clutch kit Nationals. I think the car has clutch kits Exedy or Valeo.

Exedy/Valeo are also used here, I just found that link from Rock Auto for your car, just trying to find correct parts.

Here in the US CRVs have a steering wheel that looks like that.
Have you tried looking on UK Ebay for a replacement wheel?

Look for a pad with a large alpha-numeric number stamped onto it.
Civic forum would be able to help you with your engine/transmission better than the Accord forum.

Never heard of them.
Have you ever used Amazon.com? Can you cross reference any of the parts from those sites to Amazon or Ebay? At least that way you would be better protected.

Engine in this car is D16B6 for sure, not F16. F16 does not exist.

I drive the same 2002 accord, but my engine is F18B2. It has LPG system installed - BRC sequent 24. With full tank (56L tank installed, it can be filled up to 48L of LPG) I can drive approx 500 kilometers. Where I live 1L of LPG cost's ~0,68 euro, 1 liter of 95 octane petrol ~1,33 euro. Conversion costed me 700 euro. You decide if it's worth it.

Good evening. Eventually the car was repaired. I put the clutch kit Luk. The steering clothed in the shop with car accessories cost 30 Euro. Also changed the gasket in the lid of the machine, *****, wheels up and down . Final cost 450 euros with the workshop's business. Now I'm looking to find discs for the brakes because they started and make noise. Pads has over TRW.Even made and regulation valve engine
