93 Accord 5 speed will not turn over but everything else works fine
I dropped a short metal peice with a magnant on the end, the adjustable ones.. down the left hole in the head of my F22A6 yesterday. right where the cradle for the rockers goes and all the valve springs are located, from the froht looking toward the windshield. anyone know how i could possibly get to it or where it could have fallen too? ive tried rare earth magnants on thin wire and can feel it but no clue where it is. Considering trying to pull the oil pan if it could have gone that far. any help would be greatly appreciated. That's all that is holding me up from running in less than an hour. thanks in advance... only could happen to me....
the rocker arm "cradle" is off right now but these few pics show what i mean.

By saying wouldnt crank, I assume you mean the starter wouldnt turn over at all? If this is the case, have to checked power at the starter when you turn key? Should have 12V at the big lug all the time, then when you turn the key, you should get 12v to the smaller solenoid lug(With the smaller wire) Any clicks?
Just me and my bad memory - and too lazy to look - but the lower switch is for the crusie control. The upper is the inhibitor for the starter circuit.
Get creative.
I've read where some have put a dab of glue/tape on the stopper and stuck it to a stick/screw driver and then used the "stick" to reach up in there and push it into the hole.

Just know if you do this the car will start in gear.
If you do the lower - that one should be easy to change - the cruise will NOT turn off when the clutch is pressed.
