92 Ex Wagon Driveability and Interior lights ...
Hey guys .... I haven't been here in a while.
I just picked a decent 92 EX WAGON. I have always like this body style versus the 94 and up wagons, and scored this one for $1000 with 132k on it.
First off, I am having an off idle hesitation.
If you gently accelerate, the hesitation is pronounced, and continues untill you give it heavy throttle, then it revs.
Although, if you start off with with medium to heavy throttle, it runs fine.
I am leading towards a TPS more so than EGR circuit as it off idle.
Secondly, just last night I lost both the climate control and console shift back lighting.
Being both section went out, is there a common area to look for a bad connection ??
Thanks guys !!

Remove the EGR vacuum hose and see of the stumble is the same or increases at light throttle.
Reapply the EGR vacuum hose, and remove the lift sensor wire.
If same or more stumble with no vacuum hose I would suspect EGR ports are clogged.
If same stumble with no lift sensor, back probe the TPS. Being it is a wagon it is most likely AT, TPS would affect shift points as well.
Check your dash fuse box.
