Default aem uego and crome pro connection problem

ok well I was having a problem with my ectune so I jumped back to crome pro till I can get that straitened out.

problem is the aem uego wont log... chipped p28, ostrich 1, hulog and aem uego

I have quadruple checked and all the settings are correct in crome. I have checked the wiring and still nothing.

so I check the voltage at the back of the uego and I get 3.25 at 16.5 afr which lines up perfectly to aem's instructions. and also lines up to the settings in crome when I selected the uego wideband. so I check the voltage at the pin(d14) and again 3.25....ok so the pin is reading correct. but when datalogging its stuck at 3.88v (basically max voltage). when I cut the input signal wire there was no change, still reading 3.88v so I think somehow the signal is getting lost. has anyone had this issue before?
