92 Civic LS swap - No Start (solved)
The car will crank but; no spark, fuel, nor does the CEL come on at all. The fuel pump does not prime.
I performed the 'K-test' on the MAP sensor, I got 5 volts, so I can assume the ECU is good...?
I tested the Main Relay connector and it is getting power with the key ON. Even swapped in a known good Main Relay, which didn't help. But the relay does click.
The battery is fully charged and tested. I am also running a Rywire harness.
Under-hood fuses have been tested, under-dash fuses tested.
Bay grounds cleaned and tightened.
LOPL does comes on. I made sure the CEL bulb was actually good, it is.
Jumping the service connector does nothing as well.

Sorry for the long post, just trying to cover all my bases to help anyone that might have suggestions. Before this gets flamed, I've done hours of looking on this forum, various others, as well as AskMeHelpDesk.

Sourcing another ECU will be tough. (without ordering one online)
I'll try re-cleaning all the grounds and post back after work. TRawlzz, keep me updated on your situation too.

How does testing at the map sensor prove the ECU is good? Doesn't that just show that it is sending 5 volts to the map? Therefore you've proven that it is successfully sending 5 volts but not much else...
"The only reliable way to test for a good ECU is to swap for a known good one" -RonJ@HT (hopefully not taken out of context)
Pain in the butt... Can you find one just to test with perhaps? Then you can at least rule that out.

I am not getting power to my main relay that's my problem. Also, some of the fuses under the dash aren't getting power... someone must have messed up the cabin harness. I am not sure what is going on

And unless you have the same exact car and mods, then your posts belong in your own thread. (Edit: I see you have a thread).
Thanks for the replies. Turns out it was some mis-routed wires relating to the previous owner; those have now been corrected. In the process I found the fuel pump itself was actually dead. I'll be putting that in this evening and will update accordingly.
