Battery dying problem
Alternator is fine but my battery keeps dying and all the fuses are still good
Anything else it could be like a short or something? Battery is also not defected it is brand new

just because something is brand new, doesn't mean it's good, y chance are that it's remanufactured anywho.
did you take the car over to oreieley's and give them the battery to test? they can also test the alternator in the car, but i think it's more accurate if she's tested on the machine.
i've gotten alternators from oreiley's and had them be bad, of course i take them back and say this one is jank, they put it on the machine and say it's fine, to which i turn on the shmoo eyes and manage to get another one.
generally after that much suffering the car is ready to start well again.

Did you do the parasite test posted above, sometimes you can have something eating away the charge on the battery.
My old neon, the stock cd/stereo the cd mechanicals had an issue to where it couldn't sense whether it had a CD or not and would constantly cycle the mechanicals of the player. Was draining my battery. Car wouldn't start if I didn't drive it for 2 days and sluggish to start in one day. After two batteries I finally realized it and unhooked the stereo and no more dead battery.
Now your issue may not be the stereo, but the parasite test posted above will give you an indication if something in the whole electrical system is drawing power from your battery when the car isn't on or running.
As an example, my car alarm draws .05 amps for .5 seconds upon intial battery connection then it only draws .02 amps to operate, not enough to suck the battery dry anytime soon. Higher draws is an indication of something wrong such as a 1 amp draw with the car off, expect a dead battery fairly quickly.
