Default help me decide on which camshaft to buy?

hey guys im thinking of getting a performance camshaft for my car and I wanted to see what you guys would recommend and why.

my ride is:
1991 civic wagon d16a6
swapped with Y8 head.
which is now a d16y8.

non turbo.

complete/full IHE.

S300 hondata, which means its ready to tune.

currently low compression, 9.1:1, pistons. ready for turbo/supercharger down the road. im also thinking of getting supertech valve springs too.

skunk2 cam gear installed aready, some camshafts need this to work properly.

there isn't too many selection on camshafts for this head but I would like to hear some opinions and advice on what is out there. maybe some brands I have not heard of before.
also which stage of that brand should I get? and why?

example;
brian crower has a few stages, like 4 stages in this line up. because I don't really understand the specs and how to read them, I don't really know what to get.

blox has 3 stages.

the car will stay NA.
I am just looking for the fun factor when I drive it. its just a little weak on top. I am happy with the low rpm range. also I don't mind the lumpy idle. to me it sounds and feels fun with the lumpy idle, from the video's I have watched.

Figure out what you want out of the car. Do you want an NA car? Or do you want a super charged car?

Figure out what you want first. Then pick the parts to get you to that goal.

its going to be NA.
I just want it to have the fun factor when I drive hard. I know its not going to be fast. that's not my goal. I just want the revs to be good up top of the rpm band. as right now it isn't.

There are plenty of options for the d16. It's been a while but IIRC there are many different brands: Bisimoto, Crower, Zex, Colt just to name a few. When I did my build, I got both a Crower and a Bisimoto stage 2; I was going NA so I clayed motor to check p2v. I ended up using the Crower cam. If you have low compression pistons I doubt you will need to worry about p2v.

thanks!

I also just called some of those brands for some info. they are saying its doubtful till get much out of them with such low compression.

well. here is my question. I did the swap of the heads. d16a6 to Y8 head. I have the cp pistons which are 9.1:1 compression. I was thinking of doing the 11.1:1 cp pistons change but the tech says they don't know if it will the valves will hit or not because of the angle of the Y8 head. does anyone know if this exact piston from cp will fit with out any issues?
